This phone sucks. When I first got it, I could store lots of pictures on it, but after a while, and after deleting most of them, I can only store 5 pictures on the phone. Also, the camera lens no longer stays open, so that's useless. Also, I got internet on it for a while, but internet is so crappy on this thing that I canceled it as fast as I could. For when the battery starts draining fast, sometimes it helps to turn it all the way off & start it again, but thats not a guarantee.

super l8 on the comments nut i've had my memoir for 2 maybe 3 years now ive had it replaced 3 times i like the fact that its rare n ppl are always like wow what kinda phone is that but all n all i have to agree its a suck ass phone once u look past the big ass camera. so i recently traded it n for the tmobile comet.... hope this lives up to its potential

only good thing is the camera and even that sucks. Your pictures get saved to phone, you can set it to save to memory card, but after every usb connection it defauls back to phone. It takes good pictures but you have to hold the button down to let it focus, then snap the pic and wait a while for it to take, any movement and you'll get blurs. And theres no way to shut off the shutter sound. How pathetic.

avoid at all costs and get a real phone. The camera doesnt make it worth it.

This phone sucks ass. Its poorly designed and the after a while the charger output gets damaged making it frustating to charge. not to mention the batter drains fast.

This phones very pasic, no cool features. it has a "call block" feature in the settings that there just for looks because you cant use it. and over all just a shitty phone. The keyboard suks. Texting on this phone is sucks unless you have tiny pointy fingers. NEver again will I buy a phone wihout keyboard.
