  • Hi could you please let me know what the name of this madrigal is and where I can get the lyrics from? I just love it!

  • Hi, Been so long ago, don't recall the title. If you can make out some of the words, you might try a google search by typing those words in the google search bar. That might bring some results. Thanks for asking

  • Thank you so much for posting this on YouTube. These moments lived only in my memory. Now I can share them with family and friends. Thank you again. - Michael Fernandez (once a.k.a. "Pedro")

  • Glad you enjoyed watching these old videos from more than 25 years ago. They are fun to see us all in our youth. Binky

  • @cyber1030 Hi, do you remember the name of the song? Is is a traditional madrigal or was it composed by your music teacher? Thanks.

  • The name of this song is "Lirium Lirium" If you go onto Google books, you will find in Elizabethan Song-Books on page 173, which seems to indicate that the song was written by Thomas Morley in the 16th Century. Here are some of the lyrics I found: You that wont to my pipes sound Daintily to tread your ground Jolly Shepards and Nymphs sweet Lirum, lirum... Here met together under the weather Hand in hand uniting The Holy Child come greet Lirum, lirum...
  • Was this once a popular madrigal, back in the day I mean or is it modern. I can't find it on the internet. I'd love to get a hold of an mp3 and lyrics!!
