NH: First demands from IRS after I send "Peace Tax Return"

"Dear folks at the IRS:

I wanted to apologize for my slow response to this query. Your note (attached) indicates that you have not received a tax return from me for 2006.

This may be becuase I sent my return to the Commissioner rather than to the branch office. I sent it in early April 2007, but his staff may not have processed it properly.
For your convenience I've attached a copy.

Please visit nwtrcc.org if you would like to know more about peace tax returns and the process of becoming a war tax resister. As you may be aware, tax resisters are people who would rather suffer than pay for torture and other Washington evils. I hear there are a hundred thousand of us this year.

im sorry for the late response, but in all reality , just because you did not file your taxes april 15 and sent a letter, they still have your tax money from your weekly check, the return you obligated not to send only is to know weather you owe more or due a refund according to gov. tax rate. If you really want to shut it down, have the entire USA file under a 1099 form in which no one pays weekly, and will settle up at the end of the physical year, with no monies comming in , the Gov. is broke

The only legal way to avoid paying federal tax is to have no income. Unfortunately, that gets you into trouble with an even WORSE tax, the Property Tax, which is due REGARDLESS of you income.

Property taxes are the worst kind of tax.

These 'war tax' resistors will wind up like Ed & Elaine Brown and Irwin Schiff.

Instead of fighting a pointless war in iraq, they should coordinate their efforts to defense against the national debt collectors (China), since we can't possibly pay. Also, it's a collective debt, and collectives cannot own property, thus no rights, thus no debts.
