In this guitar lesson you will learn to play Save Tonight by Eagle Eye Cherry. A great beginner / intermediate tune, cool strumming, but fast-ish chord changes.

Taught by Justin Sandercoe.

Full support at the justinguitar web site where you will find hundreds of lessons on a wide range of subjects, and all the scales and chords that you will ever need! There is a great forum too to get help, no matter what the problem.

And it is all totally free, no bull. No sample lessons, no memberships, no free ebook. Just tons of great lessons :)

To get help with this lesson (and for further info and tabs), find the Lesson ID in the video title (like ST-667 or whatever) and then look it up on the Lesson Index page of justinguitar.com

http://www.justinguitar.com

Have fun :)

  • That "unusual F barre chord" is an Fmaj7/C pronounced "F major 7th over C". 1,3,5, and 7th notes of the F scale, which are F A C and E. You say "over C" because thats the note that is the first in the chord, rather than F itself (the root). :)

  • @SchmoopyPooh

he is muting the 1st string and 5th string,.n he is playing the 6th string wit his ring finger n the 2nd string wit his pinky..

  • Thanks for this vid! Great instruction, and about the only vid I found so far that uses the correct chords and hammeron so that it would sounds exactly like EAC playing!

  • bnjmn420 is a lame ass name..bwahahaha!!!gay

  • dude soon as turn your face me laugh and fart same time btw you need guitar lessons bro

  • My chords sound way different :( Lol.

And what are you doing for G? I couldn't understand... Thanks!

  • @vikou13 i noticed the same thing. i think it sounds better that way too because of the hammer on on the C. it evens out the strumming n makes it a lil easier to play

  • i think he is using a western guitar... :

  • You are my hero!

  • What guitar do you use? And great lesson. You seem to really research the songs before you do the lesson. They all come out great.
