I really hope your joking.. The "LCD" as you call it is 3, 7 segment L.E.D displays. Google it.. Seriously!

You're using all the standard parts right?
And near the end it looks like you're driving it using some other device, maybe with control voltage. How would you do that?

Guys it's a 7 segment LED just to clarify. There is a blue LED on the circuit board also.
