In order to 'get thicker lats', bodybuilders need to pay particular attention to workout form. Specifically, it's proper form on rowing movements that's the key to getting thicker lats. In this video, Scott Abbett demonstrates the secret to pulling from the lats rather than from the arms while performing rowing movements. This distinction is of utmost importance in your quest to 'get thicker lats'. If you slow down the movement, roll your shoulders backward at the start of the row, and concentrate on "trying to touch your shoulder blades together", you'll be on your way to getting thicker lats.

  • Incorpated rows into my bicep lat workout. First bicep and lat workout consists of different pull ups then 5 days later I do curls and rows then switch back to pull ups 5 days later etc.
