The latest outdoor craze reached Folkestone on Saturday October 17 with an exhibition of Parkour, known as the art of free running. The discipline involves running and jumping from obstacles in the most fluid way possible, as if in an emergency. Yourkenttv spoke to Alistair 'Buster' O'Loughlin of the Prodigal Theatre Company, who explained how the form started in France 20 years ago. For more go to www.yourkenttv.co.uk.
