  • He should have kept this character when teaming w/Dibiase in Money Inc. (or a similar character there were legal obstacles). IRS was good but he was more fun as a nasty millionaire.

  • reminds me of 70's porn! i half expected them to start getting it on!!

  • @JKTube Ye-es, that was the point...

  • @JKTube Ah yes Bobby Roode was great too :)

  • Tux Newman in Memphis actually did the computer gimmick in the early 1980s.

  • @calamaty: JBL was 50% "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase and 50% Larry Hagman's J.R. Ewing character was from the 1980s megahit drama series "Dallas." JR Ewing did hire an image consultant character, though without the stupid thing on her face that Jillian Hall was saddled with by the stupid "creative team" at WWE.

Let's not forget about Robert Roode Inc. in TNA.

  • @lordrosemount: This was 1990. There was no Internet yet.

  • I remember this vividly. Looking back, I was wondering why WCW didn't legally stop Mike Rotunda from using this gimmick to the WWE... Yeah, I know Michael Wallstreet isn't a tax man like Irwin R. Schyster... but still... the look and appearance was strongly similar.

  • irs was mike rotundo all time BEST character lets see 3 times former wwf tag team champion

  • Loved the Wall Street gimmicks in wrestling. Terri Runnels is such a cutie. Rotunda had a great gimmick and the theme was pretty cool. Alexandra York had a great presence. JBL gimmick also cool nothing like an aggressive asshole in a limo w/ Jillian as an image consultant to heat up the crowd. Yeah I was a Texan but now I live in New York. He had a cabinet as opposed to a stable of wrestlers. Too bad neither are wrestling now and the market was in the red this week :( JBL&York Foundation FTW

  • It's funny because Michael Wallstreet shortly left WCW to WWE and then Terrance Tailor took over the gimmick and became the computerised man of the 1990's...

  • I don't get it: why couldn't he just run the programme himself on his BlackBerry? Oh, wait... Apparently Terry Taylor was right.
