I plant my passion vine last year but I been doing my beds with wood this is a good idea do you thin with PVC it will hold the fruits? thanks

Great Ideas! Thank you. I will be using some of these Ideas. I am a new gardener.

Why use eye hooks? Why not just wind around pole, it is rough to hold. However with he weight of the plant wouldn't it cut the plant first. In case your saying "but wrapping wouldn't hold the weight of the plant"?

Ya, dont want to do that
Even when the plants were fruiting and had extra weight plus strong winds?
Do vines need to be rooted on the soil or do they grow just on a trellis?

They need to have a good set of roots in the soil.

Hey guys.
Question:
Would the fishing line be too thin to the point that it could "cut" through the plants?
adamberk07 2 years ago
It would if you were to tie it on the plant. if the plant grows around it on its own, it will be fine.
