jerry lee was THE top 50s live act in the 60s, elvis was in busy on hollywood, little richard found god, chucks post 50s concerts sucked balls for the most, but jerry lee lewis 64 live album live at the star-club (yeah, THAT star club) is one of the grewatest, rawest most energetic live albums of all time.

If I actually have to explain to you how Paul McCartney - consistently one of the top-drawing live acts in the world who performs a lengthy show chock-full of rock classics that HE WROTE - can put on a better show than Jerry Lee Lewis, - a guy who thinks that a one-hour concert is long enough (even with his backup band doing the first 15 minutes by themselves), then you need to go see both of them yourself. What - is everyone on this forum like 75 years old?

Having seen 'The Killer' and those other 'crap' Beatles you mentioned all play live, You might be surprised to know that not only does Paul McCartney put on a way better show these days than Jerry Lee Lewis, so does Ringo Starr. (And don't say it's an age thing; Ringo's only five years younger.)
