It may look like the audio is a little out of sync on this video, but it isn't. I am picking and strumming with my middle finger of the right hand and it is out of sight. It is a bit like flat picking, but without the pick. And it is quite tricky to do.

I am messing around with the chord of Dm, throwing in the occasional chord of F for good measure. Can't blame you if you find it boring, but it does grow on you.

Behind me you will see the light court of the Farwell building in Detroit. This beautiful building is just an eight story office building facing Capitol Park. It was completed in 1915 and has now stood empty and unused for 20 years. Outrageous "improvements" were made in the '50's and '70's.

  • Nothing you do is ever boring! :-) I find this quite hypnotic and calming. :-) X

  • @ruth7784 Yes, I like this one too.

  • Not at all boring, I always pick up some tips from your strumming and styles. Nice.

  • @IdahoLeLe Thanks so much.

  • Nice style! I lived in Windsor long ago. During the MoTown days. Detroit has some gorgeous old buildings that need work.

  • @waterdog226 Fortunately, Detroit can't afford to renovate them (badly).
