I liked mine right away, too. 9/10 But after many months I found that Linpus Lite has its issues. 6/10 at 3 mths. People say linux doesn't crash a lot but mine has. There are lots of limitations with this OS because its hacked down to boot fast. I bought it mainly because I wanted a tough netbook without a hard drive and got the slow SSD and 6 cell battery (the sleeve doesn't fit either).

Expect a steep learning curve before you get comfortable with it. Now I'd give it about 8/10.

Speed it up with FlashFire [google it, its the first link]. It dramatically speeds it up, I'm using Windows 7 now and love this netbook so much more then I used to!

it doesnt have windows, right? because mine does and the antivirus makes it so slow it sickens me. my two old laptops, one of them eight years old, are a lot faster even though the processors are 766mhz and 256 ram.

lots of people complained about the fan volume because in the older versions, it was super loud and was constantly on. but the newer versions have the quiter. i wanna get this laptop. i cant wait =D
