I've been making a game for a Halloween-contest on rpgmakervx.net and it has been met with lots of praise, so now you're getting the chance to try it out. The game is around 30-35 minutes long, completely depends on how quick you complete the puzzles and find all the clues. This particular video shows the first 7 minutes of the game and isn't all that interesting really. I recommend you playing the game instead since it gives you another feeling of how the game actually is.

Note that you must have the VX RTP to be able to play the game.

  • where'd you get the music that started at 0:26 ?

  • At a site called "Sakari Infinity". Go there and search for "Always After Midnight" and you might find it. Don't forget to credit the author. :)

  • I love all your videos! How is the fairttale game getting along? Please make more videos, they do give "inspiration"! :)

  • Thank you, that means a lot! :) Fairytale's moving along nicely, I haven't been able to make quite as much as before due to a lot of work that had to be done in school but I've done some new stuff. I'm not releasing another video just yet, but perhaps soon, we'll see. If I release another video it will be a longer one, not 2-3 minutes but rather 8-10.

  • @JoRu94 I played the game, and can you please give me the script for the battle system in the game?

  • @MegaSamu3l I made the battle-system myself, with events only. So it might be a bit hard since it's not just text, it's a bunch of events, common events, variables and all that. Even if it was a script, I'd rather not give it away. I don't like the idea of making something for a game and then seeing it in a bunch of other games. Sorry. :(

  • @MegaSamu3l He uses some kind of a special fog but I wonder where to find that fog.

  • @JoRu94 how do you make it so there is a light following the main character??

  • Awesome Game!

  • how do you make that beginning with all of the names and stuff??

  • games boring as shit *yawn*

  • So very spooky - I'm still debating whether or not to download it! Brilliant work as always JoRu.
