The Character Animation Tools (CAT) feature in 3DS Max is a powerful set character creation and animation tools that allows you to not only create character rigs, but also animate and tweak motions. By using iClone motions as a starting point in CAT, you can get a huge head start on making your very own unique motions for use in 3DS Max. But first, you'll need to do a little bit of bone rigging to match up the iClone bone rigs with those for CAT characters. This tutorial will show you how to do just that!
