Big help thanks

First off I suggest you go to a car salvage yard and get a window from a side door that is heat temp proof, and if it ever breaks it shatteres rather than breaks like pane glass. And any thing needing black paint like a solar over, should be fire stove paint which is safe and can handle heat up to something like 700*

I'm doing a school project and this really helped. Thanks!

would you think a oven rack covered by aluminum foil is another alternative for glass and oven bag?

@gotsomeguts50 I do not think you will have much luck with an oven rack. To get high temps, black surfaces or objects seems to be the best way to go. I have seen a few videos with people using a black pot with a lid, placed in a oven bag with reflectors made of foil or mirrors. I hope that helps, Lonny

@gotsomeguts50 The only other thing that I have seen people use are the plastic oven bags. They seem to be the best alternative, Thanks for the question, Lonny

wont the box burn if it reaches over 300f inside?

@BeastOnCrack I did look into burning temps for cardboard. My research turned up that cardboard will not burn under 450 degree f. Thank you for the question, Lonny
