If you have windows movie maker then do this: Open Windows Movie Maker Click Tools Options Click Advanced Tab Look Down at video properties and it should say B Video Format: NTSC PAL Aspect Ratio: 4:3 16:9 Click 16:9 And ok and your done! =D

actually this is not a perfect test vid,
it shakes too much, not many good shots, and it's too dark, bad for resolution,
but it's in Full HD with '&fmt=22' working, still kudos to you, lol

many sites like Viddler, they show wide ones in wide screen, narrow ones in narrow screen,

'code 22' doesn't work unless you upload in 1280 x 720,

The problem is it makes all non-widescreen videos looked cropped and ugly. Make it an option for god's sake.
