AFAIK, he appears regularly on AAG and TVONE, and he is hosted on other channels as a guest, like Waqt, ARY etc. i suggest you subscribe to his newsletter, where he pre announces the channel and program he is going to appear on. And no he doesnt like being called "Dr", simply because he is not.
