CSX in New London, Ohio 4-11-09

After finishing up in Greenwich, I made my final stop in New London. Upon trying to find a safe place to park, I saw another railfan parked underneath the overpass & joined up with him. His name was Rich A. After talking for about an hour with him & almost calling it quits, traffic started finally opening up.

Train 1 An AC4400 & a SD70MAC take charge as Q366 cruises east toward Berea.

Train 2 CSX Q292 charges east with engines 505 & 8087 leading.

Train 3 Since I was having technical difficulties with movie maker. I could not put Q161 on here. He came with a pair of ES44DC's 5357 & 5410.

Train 4 A pair of AC4400CW's(219 & 341) takes Q109-11 toward Greenwich. The enigineer gives us a couple of toots with the horn.

Train 5 Q117 cruises west with 5259, 7311, & 71. Thanks for watching

Campground at the New London Reservoir reopens April 22ish.

aaahhh.. good ole' home town of new london. i used to play on the tracks in that exact spot before they redid the whole thing.
