U seems to know alot of irans taekwondo. Do they have a website where you can follow the taekwondo league? And when did Mehdizadeh fought Vietnam? 1/16 or quarterfinal or 1/32? I wanna know cus Im from Vietnam.

These guys all fight in the 'league' - belonging to various teams. Mehdizadeh forexample fights for Pars. Their (team) contract requirement is 4 hrs training a day.
They also have their national team training, going to the camp with the B-team. {Just to expand on Nosrat's comments}.
Thank you very much for the videos Nosrat.
Hopefully, Mehdizadeh will finally win his gold in W.C 2007. Needs to improve his game management abit.

and is these films only 4-5 minutes long or do you have the whole match beacuse, in one of karamis videos it stops when he goes to the trainer? Is there more of iran? wondering if you could put more..:) there so good..:) thanks

the team is camp right now.2 sessions of 2 hours every day 6 days/week
