though i put cream and sugar in my coffee, I like my tea straight - nothing added, not even lemon or honey. I don't like anything to change the flavor.

I noticed you seem to always pour the tea from quite a height above the cup, which oxygenates it, is this intentional?

@CaptBart I never noticed that. For sure I did not do it intentionally. More often than usual, my hands are stained with color which are not elegant to see. :( I was hiding my hands.
However, your words are very reasonable. I believe you are right. I will therefore, benefit from my messy hand. lol Thank you.

@CaptBart I do not know it it enhance the flavor. However, in China, people (professional tea service people,) pour the tea from far and high, like a arobatic show. I enjoy the theatre of tea art. Have tea expose to air at least release extreme heat inside.
