  • Esther, after suffering a bad athletic injury followed by a car crash injury my body and mind were both in terrible shape. Jogging, soccer, and such just put me in worse pain. Yoga is really curing the muscle pains and the pain in my brain also. Your videos seem to me the best online and your calm relaxing voice and demeanor keep me focused on the healing, not the pain. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  • Thank you Esther! I've been going around in an irritable grump ALL day until my girlfriend reccommended I take a look at this.... I didn't manage the handstand quite so fluidly but it has really really cheered me up and made me feel better for tomorrow! Than you.

  • I don't think I'm ready to do a hand stand started with a downward dog. I'd kill myself. So I'll just use a different way :)

  • Do downward dog (the pose she was in before kicking up). If you've never done a handstand, you really must first do it with a qualified instructor. There are safe ways to do it, and ways to turn a bad day into a really, really, bad day.
