BEGINNERS!How to shade Anime hair in Paint tool SAI[OLD]

Alright first of all, this is the way I do it. I am not, in any way, demanding you to use this version of shading, and if you think i actually am, then you have some problems C:

and how come your brush could make small, pointy lines? when it's 9.0? is it because you're using a pen tablet?
