Wingover gone bad

I really am not shocked to see this comment coming from an ultra light pilot. As a commercial pilot, pg pilot and someone who has been around aviation a lot in general I see more dangerous attitudes coming from UL pilots then anything else. And as we all know (or maybe you dont yet), its the pilot not the craft that gets you killed. Just like your ultra lights, these "things" have limits, and if a pilot DECIDES to fly outside the limits the chance of getting hurt goes up.

That bell effect after he released reserve: that's why you have to do a b-line stall after pushing the reserve.

Wos steht im Skript? Wingove is a tödliches Manöver, und koana glabts HAHA GEIL

haha, love the instructor. cool and calm all the time: "countersteer right, countersteer right! alright throw the reserve now ..." and later: "what does the script say? wingovers are a live-threatening maneuver, and nobody believes it ..."

@Flashy1995 Der Notschirm bewahrt dich nur vor dem Tod. Wenn man sich richtig abrollt kein Problem aber wenn nicht, ist halt mal nen Bein durch..
-
@tubenn you're right, but this guy was not even close to the limit of the glider, he simply was not in control of it.

Dieser Notschirm sinkt ja extrem schnell! Wenn der das über Boden macht....

What you are saying is not accurate. My instructor has been flying for almoast 20 years, He only used the reserve during a SIV. Think of that since he is on 7 different paragliding trips every year apart from the normal flying with stydents etc.
He has already pulled his reserve when he realized the wing had recovered...
