@watchdaride Lettuce and leaf greens taste starts to get bitter with increased heat. I don't know what the temperature is you will just have to plant it and see what happens.

@watchdaride You can grow tomatoes. Depends on your 'micro-climate'. Meaning how much sun, temperature, air moisture, watering schedule. Here in ARIZONA I found the plant starts to suffer when the over night lows climb above 90. If you aren't breaking 100 degrees and you limit your plants sun exposure to less then 7 hours you'll be good. My first garden I built right up against the east side of my house, morning sun until noon and then shade.

i live in florida and wanted to start growing veges myself . But i hear you cant row tomatoes or lettuce in over 75 gegree heat. Is that true?
