I think she gets forgotten just because Rock N Role hates to admit the Gospel Revival tent had more to do with it's tempo and early sound then delta blues....I think Rock is sorta uncomfortable with it's true roots

Good question, I've often wondered where instruments of well known musicians [late] are today, not in a monetary sense but as a human interest story, who has them now ? What path did the instrument take that lead it to the present owner? I'm sure this would be a great topic for a book.

This is an "amazing woman"? She was before my time, but I am just amazed at her talent not only with singing, but her guitar playing is out of this world! And imagine a woman, at that time in history, she played better than most men can today.
