I used an android app, Shazam, that listens to your music then tells you what is the title and singers involved. It almost never misses it's guess. So shazam app tells me it's: Joe Esposito - You're The Best

And the Cow Level in Diablo 2 was similarly made as a "Fuck you" to the people that complained about the fake secret cow level rumours. "You want your cows in a secret level? Here, have some. Have an army, the more the merrier! Oh, and we gave a polearm to each." I like this approach too.

More directly related to this video, the song/music goes well with the bouncing clouds whenever they are onscreen and grinning (they bounce to the beat).
