@mersylla Are you talking about to do such sort of back bends? Well it does affect a little bit but not very much. Where do u find urself stud when u do the back bends?

Does anyone know if tight hip and quadricep muscles can be a reason for a person not to be able to do back bends ? Please.

Mersylla I don't think that tight hip & quadricep muscles can stop you do backbends however open hips helps. Keep your mind open & feel you can do it as positive things happen to positive thinkers, rest is all practice which make it happen.
