There are people who go above knees in this asana and I believe I still have a lot more to improve in this asana.

  • Mersylla I don't think that tight hip & quadricep muscles can stop you do backbends however open hips helps. Keep your mind open & feel you can do it as positive things happen to positive thinkers, rest is all practice which make it happen.

  • @mersylla Are you talking about to do such sort of back bends? Well it does affect a little bit but not very much. Where do u find urself stud when u do the back bends?
