In Laurel, ms, Charlie McPeak gets motivated to workout and stay in shape. He demonstrates how he builds arm and shoulder muscles, and how he builds his chest (pectoral, pecs) muscles. Learn how to use basic, easy exercises to promote muscle growth. You don't have to use gigantically huge weights to start off! Try to do these exercises at least 3 times a week. Burn fat and lose weight as you work out to my video! The song on the video is my original composition.

  • weights look a little too light..

  • It's not the size of the weight that matters- it's the number of repetitions you do. I also use heavier weights but I used that size to demonstrate that people can start out with smaller sizes. It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog.
