  • @thomass10207 I love Slayer and punk and I've been listening to punk, hardcore and thrash since before you were born. It pisses me off that so called punk kids think they have the marker cornered on what is punk and what isn't and if metalheads get exposed to punk because of Slayer, then so be it. You would'nt even know what punk was unless it was for the internet. Shit...I used to have to buy and steal cassete tapes and hope the music was as cool as the cover art was. Salute from Cleveland.

  • nice, bout time someone added this song

  • @dashizzler I love you

  • @TheRealScarr

You are stating that if a person got into punk after the internet was invented, that somehow means they are not a punk?

The message of punk is timeless, which is to be your own person and not give a shit whether others like what you do or not. Embrace newcomers to such a message, rather than trying to shun them out as "not a real punk because you got the message too late".

Sadly, you are the one who has not got the message; and you have had more time to get it

  • If you didn't listen to punk until after the internet was invented, you're not a punk. You're a poseur cashing in on a scene that poseurs already killed a long time ago.

  • @bongseshh thumbs up man

  • I don't like kids that just want a fuckin thumbs up on their comment. Watch the video and use the comments as a forum or something. No one gives a fuck about you or what you have to say about music just enjoy it

  • OOUH YESSSS!!!!

  • @APlike2skate Psychopaths

  • @dashizzler True words. I got into hardcore through the thrash scene back in the early 90's. I had the long hair from 17 until just a couple of months ago. Hardcore is about living your life as you see fit and idewntifying within. I guess these kids are so desperate to be someone, they miss that part. A lot of thrash bands and hardcore bands did tours together and were huge fans of each other. A listen to bands around that time will show why.
