CityGT Review (iPhone/iPod touch app)

This is my review of CityGT, an iPhone/iPod touch app which just launched today (6-9-09) at FedSquare in Melbourne. Theres not much to this app, with few settings, if not none and a simple clean menu interface. This game can be played on the big screen at three locations around the city, or on your iPhone/iPod as demonstrated in the video.

The app is really centred around safe driving. A supposedly "Blocked" number calls you several times while driving (shown in video) and gives you an option to accept or decline. Since I was playing on an iPhone, I first thought these calls were real (prior to making this video) Once accepted, it goes over using mobile phones while driving,a nod after the brief call, your car automatically crashes.

The app does teach you a very important lesson, and is worth the download price of $0.

@nikkolaus ive been noticing recently everyone I know with an ipod only has the free apps that are on the front page... you need to look deeper into apples poorly designed website
