Brian is only doing what every citizen should be doing, and that is reporting crimes and being proactive in his community.. How many times have you been proactive in fighting crime in your community? The police cannot be everywhere at once and unfortunately budget restraints make us put a priority on crimes.. Brian is a great guy, but he is not doing anything other than what a good citizen should be doing! can you imagine is every neighborhood had just ONE person like Brian??

@gall2420 I happen to live on the south side, only a few blocks from where all these videos are taken and believe me, I care! My family has lived in the same neighborhood for over 60 YEARS! Should we really sell our homes because prostitutes and drug dealers think they can do whatever they want? No thank you. My family has worked hard to keep the houses that they own.

He was in a crowded parking lot. If he tried to flee (which most do) he could have run someone over - and that would not be worth it. I had called 911 and hoped to get his arrest on tape. But, being a low priority call, they didn't get there in time.
