Rally to Stop Navy Warfare Testing Program Expansion

A rally in Fort Bragg, California (on the Mendocino Coast) on May 8, 2009, in opposition to the US Navy's plans to expand their training exercises off the coasts of California and Oregon.
Petitions conaining the signatures of approximately 2000 local residents are presented to Heidi Dickerson, a representantive of Congressman Mike Thompson.

think it's an excuse to also conduct thoose nightly low alltitude thermal imaging flights that they do and don't want you to know about. Doubt it stand outside at night in the quiet a few nights and note the patterns.
