A rally in Fort Bragg, California (on the Mendocino Coast) on May 8, 2009, in opposition to the US Navy's plans to expand their training exercises off the coasts of California and Oregon.
Petitions conaining the signatures of approximately 2000 local residents are presented to Heidi Dickerson, a representantive of Congressman Mike Thompson.

  • think it's an excuse to also conduct thoose nightly low alltitude thermal imaging flights that they do and don't want you to know about. Doubt it stand outside at night in the quiet a few nights and note the patterns.

  • Thank you for your video. I did not know about this program until you put this on the you-tube. It is disgusting that this type of warfare testing is going with so much potential devastating negative environmental effects to people, animals, marine life and our environment.
