@v It's selfish to not take responsiblity for your actions and murder the end result that nature intended from the act you partcipated in, fully knowing the purpose of sex and the result of sex as intended by nature is life.How many more millions must butched by those to foolish,self centered,selfish and greedy to realize that the choice comes before the act. If you do not want a child get sterilized.We must educate dumb about the reality of their actions just like we did with smoking.

@vendurra Our courts have correctly decided that the unbron child can be murdered and there are many cases where the death of a unborn child and or the mother will result in charges for murder. Where you get the idea that a child has to be outside of the body to be murdered is absolutely false. But even if you disagree with me and the courts, we can both agree based on your insane definition that partial birth abortion is murder and those who do it should be charged with murder

@v How sick you must be to think that the slaugher of a harmless child makes the world a better place. Murder is selfish and evil. The bottom line is if you do not want a child and think the world is a better place without them then get sterilized or become celibate otherwise you are acting in a sensless and selfish way knowing that natures intent is for that sex to create new life. Yes you can limit the possiblity of pregnancy but to kill the end result is certainly sick and selfish.

@vendurra You said it yourself "a person is faced with bringing a life into the world and it not in the world until it is born" Natures intent is for sex to bring in a new life, procreation is the purpose of sex and the result is life. So again the choice come before the act not after because we know that natures intent is to bring in new life when sex occurs. It is not you right to kill what nature intended even if it is not physically outside of the body. Life is a natural miracle.

@v Socitey has abundant resources and we have vast wealth in the U.S. now if were were talking about a third world country I would say that money might be a problem. Your argument is it is not based in emotion not fact.We can make society more sensitive to the reality of their actions rather then run Government / tax payer funded slaughter houses that target minorities yet do nothing to educate the masses of the reality of their choices and behaviors.The choice comes before the act..

@v You are wrong , it is senseless, self centered murder. You have been brain washed to think its ok to kill another and take away life. I think the question is not will society pay for 1.2 million adoptees but can we make society sensitive to the reality of their choices and behaviors before the act in a senseless manor? We went after smoking in a similar way now we have less smokers. We need to educate people so they understand murder is wrong and the choice comes before the act.

@Meagaxawesome123 It is selfish to force other people to make choices that you want them to make just to assauge your moral conscience. In that regard, pro-life people are the most selfish people that I have ever met. They want the world to be exactly the way THEY want it, and don't give a damn what other people think. That is selfish.

No, you are not killing a human being unless it is already born. Some recourse should be given to people who are pregnant and who don't want to have children and who don't want society to bear the burden as well. That recourse is abortion.

@Meagaxawesome123 About selfishness. It is not selfish to want the WORLD to be a better place. We all benefit from less strain on our natural resources. Ever notice gas prices & food prices lately? Our population is so high that we are putting a lot of strain on the resource supply. Again, when you look at the BIG picture, the selfish arguments are weak. The tea party doesn't want to pay for 1.2 million adoptees each year, because many can't afford it.

@Meagaxawesome123 Wrong. The context and contingency are different. This is a dumb argument because the conditions aren't the same. A person is faced with a choice of bringning a life into the world - it's not in the world until it is born. A murderer is faced with a choice or taking life away from the world, someone who is already born and has a whole life's reputation behind them. Plus, legalized murder would disrupt societal equilibrium. Legalized abortion does not.
