This is the ending of the Transformer episode 23 on season 3 : ONLY HUMAN

Although it is never explicitly stated that it is Cobra Commander, several details make it clear enough that "Old Snake" is actually an aged Cobra Commander: his raspy voice is provided by Chris Latta (the voice of Cobra Commander), he wears the character's distinctive silver mask, and has visible traces of his blue uniform underneath his trenchcoat. He is identified in dialogue as the former leader of a terrorist organization that utilized synthoid technology. Most tellingly of all, the episode concludes with Old Snake lamenting that "they simply don't make terrorists like they used to", raising his fists in skyward exaltation with the familiar "Cobra!" battle cry breaking prematurely into a hacking cough.

  • me and my nephew just watched that episode, we both nerdgasmed

  • @videogamester07

Hector Ramerez, a tv reporter from GI Joe (the guy who gave Shipwreck a hard time that one episode) also appeared quite a few times on Jem, and Inhumaniods.

Therefore if GI Joe and TF share a universe, they must as well.

  • So...Cobra Commander became Rorschach?

  • For those who don't know it here in Los Angeles,Ca the network known as Haboom has G.I.JOE AND TRANSFORMERS AND JEM playing on their network station!Cool, huh??

  • @PatrikPanik I knew they sounded alike!!I knew it!!If they crossed over in the comics, why didn't they do a movie together back then??odd huh??Marvel had the rights to them both you know??

  • this is the first thing i ever favorited on youtube 5years ago...

  • @Politcalamity

This episode is the only direct crossover minus a minor Flint cameo in another Transformers ep. But it's basically established that Transformers and GI Joe (and Jem and the Holograms, and Inhumanoids too) all take place in the same universe.

  • @NightWarp Just goes to show the power fo the viewer I guess, WE CONTROL LIFE AND DEATH

  • @227060 Other way around.. they were both supose to die, but fan reaction to optimus dieing was SO huge they changed the script in gi joe to make Duke live. and they also edited the ending of the tranformer movie with stuff about "dont wory the greatess leader of all will be back"

  • Does anyone notice how fast Cobra is walking on the street?
