Apparently your definition of kidnapping is not in sinc with international law. She left for a so-called vacation and then divorces him and remarries in brazil. She then refuses to allow him to see the boy and once she died his step father refused to allow visitation (that explains why he didn't visit joker). Its funny how ones definition of a crime depends on how deep they are embroiled in it. Wake the fuck up!
