@SamusSuperStar i suppose developers are scared of turning back , rockstar has a massive reputation to hold, a bad game would be pretty ugly. a lot things get less ''fun'' though, like james bond for example. it was a joke in the 60s and 70s, now it's all serious, *sigh* no, pussy galore anymore...

i remember going to my older cousins house playing this on pc and mum cracking the shits as i chainsawed hookers back when i was in grade 3. I would kill to have those days back.

@Xjumper5 I don't know if it's just me, but I started to see less and less fun in gaming. Game desiners only wanted apealing graphics, WE want fun and excitment. At least now in 2011 the game designers are getting it throw there heads now that we want fun not graphics. But if they can pull both off, then thats fantastic :)
