we do several trucks a month, they last almost 6 years longer when sprayed with polyurea, cause the aluminum wears off pretty fast .

  • we use the h20/35-ge at the shop, awesome pump i agree, but too heavy for mobile spraying..

  • What manufacture of polyurea are you spraying? Looks real good. Also, are those air driven pumps that you are using to pump the material to the Mixing Gun?

  • jeffamine and huntsman iso, and yes the pump is an gusmer en-250-e which is the european equivalent to the former ff3500, it is really light but still sprays a gallon and a halve a minute... greetz josh

  • Hi, do you know if it will work when used for transporting bitumen?

  • nice, we spray the inside of oil production tanks gets pretty hot in the summer

  • how many mills do you put onthe tank? i spray a type of urathane and its over and inch thick when im done

  • Both Graco and Gusmer are good pumps but need special reqirments not like traditional spray gun which is very easy to use.

  • Thanks for the reply. We are using a lot of VersaFlex and we are using the Graco/Gusmer 20/35. Great pumps to use.
