  • Thanks for putting this on Youtube. Eddie Taylor was a National Treasure. The REAL DEAL.All the cats this day and age that are playing Funk,R and B , etc,. and calling it Blues should catch the Mojo,Feeling, and Groove that Eddie layed dow.The Blues is the Blues.Nothing more and nothing less. It's gotta get back down to the bone before it is lost forever.

Respect to youfor putting Eddie Taylor on Facebook. The Blues Gods approve !!!!

  • @wittsprings You're very welcome and thank you for viewing!

  • Man, it's so hard to find any Eddie Taylor stuff online at all! It's a shame really, goes to show you that he really didn't get enough credit for what he did.

With that said THANK YOU very much for uploading as he's definitely someone I look up to a lot.

  • I'm an Eddie Taylor fan. English is my second language. I would appreciate any help on getting lyrics of this song. I couldn't find them.

  • Larry Hill Taylor, Eddie's stepson and a blues singer and drummer, wrote a book Stepson of the Blues which throws out some ideas as to why Eddie Taylor and his family have not received due recognition. (I helped him write the book) Same problem as a lot of African American musicians have trying to succeed in a business that often cheats and humiliates them.

  • That sounds like Johnny Young playing Mandolin on this recording.

  • these records are superb. Taylor was vastly underrated. I can't find anything on youtube from his brilliant 1972 album 'I Feel So Bad'. A consistently excellent performer.

  • thanks for the video love Eddie Taylor , not enough of him on youtube.
