NO! Allah created destiny and all the paths. it is up to us to choose a path. but we have to ask allah to help us and guide us. what would be the point of saying "guide us on the strait path" inalfatiha? so we can choose our end. belief or disbelief, you choose. when disbelief surrounds you then have belief in your heart and hold on to it even if its weak.

@rockrefugee Allah's knowledge encompasses all things. Every human is given a choice to choose which path he/she will take. We will take many paths and given a chance but it is our arrogance that we go astray. Allah knew what path each person will take. There is reason why we are given choice to bring out the sincerity of His true slaves. There is a reason why we see some hardship to elevate ourselves to higher position. We are also given intellect to understand reasons behind everything.

@rockrefugee these thoughts are not a bad thing there good .. its just trying to make sense of why we are here and its natural, its far better then just following any random faith blindly.

@4nsho4958 I know...i have similar thoughts...people will force you to not think about these things,,,, but I cant help it

@rockrefugee ..friends and family etc . for me I sometimes see it as unfair but then fair depending on my mood.
but ultimately see it as God created us and this test may seem unfair but God as all'knowing so should be trusted as God should truly judge what is fair. i hope i made sense , i do waffle on a bit lol
the concept about destiny makes no sense...if Allah knows if a person will choose the wrong path, why did He create him in the first place, just to throw him in Hell?

Very right brother. But In Islaam, Allaah says that, this life is a test for the hereafter.
For example: In a classroom a student don't know even how to read and write. Surely he will be fail but CAN TEACHER TELL HIM YOU CANNOT APPEAR IN EXAMS COZ U DON'T KNOW HOW TO READ AND WRITE? No.
Similarly Allaah also don't want to hear any clarification on the judgement day about why he is in hell, then we surely will ask Allaah why didn't u atleast gave a chance to live in Islaam.Hope..

"CAN TEACHER TELL HIM YOU CANNOT APPEAR IN EXAMS COZ U DON'T KNOW HOW TO READ AND WRITE? No."
Did we insisted to come to this world like we do in case of our curricular examinations ?
What makes you think that anyone would have insisted to live, while knowing that his life is full of sufferings and hardships, along with a mighty fear to be thrown in hell fire, possibly, for ETERNITY(if he didn't get the clue of god)?

@binaryhell Before the creation of our physical bodies, we accepted that we will live under the law of Allaah and Allaah asked us, Alasta bi rabbikum means Am I not your Lord? And we replied - Balaa shahidnaa means Yes! We bare witness to this what you said. So we are the ones who accepted to come to this world.

Funny that I talked to Allah before my birth, but I don't remember it,do you?

@binaryhell Its your right to think as your brain is under your control, as far as remembering that blessed conversation with Allaah, we don't remember that and we cannot deny that also because Qur'aan says that, and if anyone argues I ask them do you remember the time when you was in the womb of your mother?
