Yeah the predator is also running 2 inch taller tires than stock, and has a rider that weighs twice as much as the kfx does. I'm no huge polaris fan but I will admit when we were getting up to the higher speeds, the predator owns the other atvs we have.

yea, i've had my 03 predator for eight years now, and had NO major problems, just normal wear and tear...although i dumped about 10k worth of aftermarkets into her. I race her in the open class during the badger state quad championship...it will eat and shit out 99% of quads.

@dunerider999 i've owned my 2003 preddy for 6 years and all i've had to do is grease the bearings, buy new tires, oil and gas, 2 batteries, and i bought aftermarket parts for it..

@turkeyboy199 yeah dude if you lived near me i'd let you ride it! my friends KFX450 is sort of hard to ride but its a damn sexy quad. it rides great and I admit that. my preddy though is something i wouldn't trade. i love most quads though just great machines

@weou09 you can mod anything to beat anything. if you mod the 400 and not the 500 the 400 will win mod both the 500 will win mod the 500 500 will win

yea youl take the kfx 450 cause it has 5 less hp than all other 450s but an ltr will eat you

Predators suck! They break all the time and can't hang with 450's. They look ok but that's it

yeah i no what your saying makes you kinda wonder why they made it 50cc bigger to big for the 450 and too small for the 700 and 650s

sven502's comment wasn't there when i made mine. 2 inch taller tire means more top end as well...just saying...not saying that the predator isn't badass but your comparing apples to oranges. if you start modding your predator to hang with 450s isnt that kinda defeating the point because you could just gear the 450 alittle different just like you could your predator...right? once again not saying they aren't badass but they are kinda in a class of their own. not ment to be 400 not a 450 either...
