@patrickbonne is not that hard to throw a Ura nage in a static position, in that case the tori makes an error because if you throw someone, you should touch the ground after him!

This is an ura nage, but as can be seen, it's not easy to perform from a static position, it needs an action from uke

I've had that done to me in a competition. However, the competition did not allow it (it was for younger people). Even if it did allow it, I don't think my opponent would not have gotten an Ipon; I twisted in midair and landed on my stomach. WOULD that have gotten him an Ipon or not?
