@AdamFSmith They don't usually go after individuals on obscenity laws, but its something they may try and go after say a studio or publisher. That's why you don't see licensed loli/shota manga or anime in the US. They may not go after you but they possible go after a corporation. Its one of them gray arias in law that any serious business wants to stay away from.

@cyanleopard There was one instance where someone got jailed while importing loli, but he also had some other... things... on his hard drive that WAS illegal. but that's the only one i've heard of.

@AdamFSmith Yea I did a lot of looking into it, the Supreme Court ruled that loli is not CP. However any company importing loli could be hit with obscenity charges so they will probably never see it happen, but at lest you will not have to worry about being arrested for looking at loli.
