@acrossthesun i have the cover of song for the hopeless up now! The song was´nt easy to learn, but i´m proud of how it turned out! :D
I´m trying to get a cheap, but good recording devices or preamps, ince the only one i have is a in-build mic in my computer and garageband. :P
What´s your opinion of cheap, but good recording gear?

Hey sam!! I have a question for you. Are there any easy ways to learn sweeping? I've been trying for almost two years and I can still barely do it. That and pinky usage, my pinky is all screwed up and crooked so it's really hard to use, do u have any tips that may help me?

@Guitarlover762 just get some tabs for songs that have sweeps.. take it slow and make sure you have the mechanics down at slow speed then speed up. Make sure that its always rhythmically correct and even... I hear way too many people playing and their sweeps are very uneven and cluttered. it just takes time and practice man I'm sure you've heard that a million times :)

Btw, what tuning is "song for the hopeless" in, the closest i can get is around standard D and Drop C.

@krigg2 hey sorry for the late reply my man. Song for the hopeless is in drop C again but most of the song is written in D. Check out my new vids for a lesson on how to play it ;) I would love to see more covers on youtube!!!
