Occupy Graduation: US student loan trillion dollar ticking time bomb

The American Dream is a symbol of education and success, but many are finding themselves left with a lifetime of debt trying to achieve it. U.S. graduates can end up owing tens of thousands of dollars after college, in an economy where they then struggle to find a job. Now they're questioning whether it's all worth it - as RT's Marina Portnaya explains.

Simple, fuck college go to a technical school, learn a trade working with your hands, graduate and start working. Tech school grads get jobs faster, employers prefer hands on people.

Student loans don't have to follow debt collection practices, no bankruptcy protections, have no statue of limitations, no refinancing, violations in contract law and yet get away with it. Yet we are so afraid to stop paying. Why are you allowed to discharge your credit cards or gambling debts but can't discharge student loans....doesn't make sense.

Education is just another scam designed to enslave people with debt. Eventually the student loan "investment" scam will be tapped out, just like the home-ownership investment scam. It's all about keeping the financial economy (the only real industry left in America) intact so that a handful of people at the top can steal from the rest of the country and come away unscathed when the destroy the economy once and for all.
