Is the national tournament allowing players to use sticks cuz i know most stores didnt allow them in the first two rounds.

Sorry but haunts seriously looks like 90% of the sagats I see. Not a huge poongko fan but it was pretty obvious it wasn't a serious match for him..hes a lot better than this guy
