Sounds like alternator is going out! Infact have extra new one I may need to sell

@superhawkn Yes good ear, that characteristic chirping noise is a seized alternator decoupler pulley, and it was infact bad on that alternator.
You can test to see if the pulley is bad by looking at the belt tensioner, if the tensioner is moving around like crazy or even more than half an inch with the engine running the decoupler is bad and needs to be replaced before it destroys the serpentine belt tensioner serpentine belt.
