@mrplease66 Okay. So, it was 55 seconds, yt cropped it down to 17 for some reason. However, in less than a minute, it is quite a task to lay out all of world history, region by region. Therefore, the events I chose to include, are the most pivotal to the formation of the modern world. And they are more than just words on a line. Christianity lead directly to the fall of rome. Printing lead to the renaissance, industrial revolution, and imperialism. Modernity. Leading to WWII, nukes, etc.

@EchosideProductions I am just not sure about the point of this animation. Is it supposed to be educational? I often use historical time lines to illustrate certain diachronic aspects of my research, but I try to make them as useful as possible by highlighting relationships between events. Your's, however, is just words on a line. On top of that it presumes to be WORLD history! A Chinese person would just tell you to get lost if they saw this thing. PS, this is not trolling.
