@insyncnet1 ya i wont mind looking long and far, but it seems all the dakotas are close to me anyways

@logitekg25 Well, with more detail on my effort to find a Dakota + 5-speed: Looked far and wide around my area & all I found was dakota's having nearto 80,000k or more, rusty wheelwells, & rougher around the edges than I would care for & asking prices of maybe 6 grand & even more! Not good enough so had to look farther out but close enough I could see in person. 5 hour trip was my limit. Looked on-line & found my '03 dakota. Asking price 4700, 69k mi & friggin georgeous, great shape.

Nice burner. What are you running for an exhaust(sounds really good. Also I'm laughing at the idiots criticizing you, most can't even tell if its auto or manual. Keep up the good work Youtube mouthbreathers.

@insyncnet1 il check your video, and around here you can get what i think you have for pretty cheap if you look hard enough. but im fine spending as long as its what i want

@logitekg25 My video response is to show you my dakota find. Ya around my area the type of truck you describe still commands a heavy pricetag. When I bought my 2003 dakota sxt, in August '08, & with already having a jeep cherokee, I only was interested in a dakota having a 5-speed, so regular cab & non-4x4 was ok.
Around here, my type of truck would of been $8000+, so i went looking on-line & found mine in winsconsin for $4700 at a ford dealer. 69k, V6, 5sp, great shape I luv it!

@hotrodxj Years ago my brother dropped a drifeshaft from doing a neutral drop at a busy intersection even! hehe i learned to never do it from that incident. Power braking is the only best choice really, that'd sure lessen the wheel hop too because the truck got a too sudden a binding from the neutral drop looks like. If you were determined...you could always back out the rear brake shoes some. Easy enough to do & reset.

what engine does that have in it? is it the v6 or the v8? how many liters?
what year? and how is the gas mileage? (looking to buy a dakota myself. need a 5 speed, with a v8, and crew cab. preferably 4x4 but that will be very hard to find..all for under 5k lol...maybe in the next 8 months i can get more of a budget..)
dont do neutral drops, power brake it
