@buffedanimal359 Because this was a pre-release trailer and I assume they wanted to keep Garrus being in the game a secret. No one knows Archangel is Garrus until you actually meet him in his recruitment mission.

I had had seen this vid before ME2 came out I would have had a joygasm so intense I wouldn't have been incapacitated an unable to buy the game when it came out. I still had a joygasm but I'm still conscious. EPIC.

@buffedanimal359 They tried to keep the recurring characters (tali/garrus) from ME2 secret. They weren't featured in the build up to the game.
