No way a puny tank like this, an M5(?), defeats a panzerfaust. That shaped charge would burrow through it's thin armor like a hot knife through butter. The one or two that may have initially survived would be crying for their mama from blast trauma and perhaps severed limbs . "Mama, I'm dying. Mama... ahhhhhhhhhhh!"

but the panzerfaust never fired- must have been shoddy manufacturing- you know the late war was difficult time for german manufacturing- not to mention sabotage by forced laborers
